Kristi is a Bay Area native who grew up in Castro Valley and was saved at an early age through the godly influence of her parents. She attended UCLA for her undergraduate studies and while there developed a heart for discipleship and teaching centered on God’s Word. After graduating, she returned to the Bay to earn her teaching credential at Cal State-East Bay. She taught elementary school students for many years in both private Christian and public schools and is now home full-time with her three daughters.

When Kristi isn’t chasing her kids around, she loves cooking, going on local adventures, and serving in the church through hospitality and discipleship. She also currently serves as the Children's Ministry Director.
